AI-Driven Document Analysis: AI technologies were employed to extract additional insights on lessons learned from operations post-evaluation documents and detect recurring patterns.
User-friendly and structured outputs: Lessons learned were categorized by business sectors and compiled into well-structured documents, formatted according to predefined templates to meet user requirements.
Monitoring and notification: Report creation and updates could be monitored in the notification center. All generated documents and reports were seamlessly accessible on the platform, available for consultation and download by users.
Dynamic documents update: Automation features were implemented to trigger the generation of updated reports whenever new documents were added, ensuring the availability of consistent and up-to-date information.
Comparative Reporting: The system analyzed various operational documents, such as the Final Review Document (FRD) and the Operation Completion Report (OCR), to uncover recurring patterns, discrepancies in project objectives, pricing, and timelines, and provide actionable insights with potential warnings.
Strategic plans and execution comparison: Using AI capabilities, BSTDB examined Medium-Term Strategy and Business Plan (MTSBP) documents over multiple periods, identifying strategic shifts and assessing the alignment between initial goals and execution outcomes.
External Benchmarking: Evaluations from other multilateral development banks were analyzed and compared with BSTDB’s internal findings to draw sector-specific lessons. This provided a comprehensive look at internal and external findings, validating trends and insights.
The Results.
The AI-driven processes implemented with Module Suite reduced manual effort and ensured quicker extraction and categorization of insights, enhancing strategic decision-making.
The success of the PoC has set the stage for transitioning these solutions into production, with plans for broader integration and adoption among stakeholders in the coming year.
